Just look at the d@t@

Number ❤️

You may hate Math — but don’t ignore numbers. Even if you consider yourself to be Shakespeare reincarnated!

Let me try to support this with a few examples.

Just look at me with love!

Imagine you’re a young person in a remote Indian city, in your twenties, aspiring to achieve great things. You’re growing frustrated with the slow pace of life around you, wondering why you feel stuck. As you scroll through Instagram, you come across some statistics that catch your eye. Suddenly, it dawns on you that to truly succeed, you might need to be in one of the three major states.

Or look at this:

😮😮
😮

Consider the company Larsen and Toubro. You may have thought of it as a sizable company, but when you see the figures below, it gives a whole new perspective. With a 2023 revenue of 1 lac crore (23 billion $), your concept of "big" takes on an entirely different meaning.

Or say, you consider Indian IT to be big. But how big? What are the numbers?

BIGGGGG !
🥪🥪

You are finding it hard to leave white rice and bread. If you look at the above table — you will realise that the reason is the high Glycemic Index (GI). Both the foods almost feel like (70%) sugar.

Iffy Nifty

You consider stock markets to be risky — but when you look at the above date you realise that average 10% returns are almost guaranteed in the blue chips. Of course you must factor in the volatility as the picture above illustrates.

And when you look at below you realise that Fixed Deposits are really not fixed in the long run

🫤🫤

And that’s what I mean when I say that you may not like Maths — but don’t hate numbers. They may scare you but help you make informed decisions in every part of your life.
