I have spent decades assuming that Truth, Knowledge, Wisdom…. whatever you may call it — lies outside — in books or podcasts or Youtube or Instagram.

Lately have realised that all the answers lie inside.

Matter of fact there are no answers; it’s just that on the path to stillness — the questions dissolve. They just fall on the way.
