You Too !

I run a youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@isequalto_klasses and am always on the lookout to improve my youtube (YT) content.

Here are main points that I understood by watching a video posted by Mr.Kunal Malhotra (who has +1 million YT subscribers)

0:25 he has spent 6 years on YT — so YT definitely is not an overnight phenomenon — atleast for most of us !

00:43 keep camera on eye level so that it seems that you talking to a friend

01:30 low level camera angle is intimidating

01:50 keep camera near…you’ll speak at an easy pace

03:00 keep researching / exploring what others are doing in your niche — to keep yourself relevant — even if you are star

03:30 dont try to hack the algorithm — as it may change again in next few months — hence focus on your improving your content

03:45 3 important components of a video — Editing / Communication / Story (structure)

04:16 he keeps a list ready for reference while speaking — rather than random rants

04:40 use “comments section” of your competitors videos to find new ideas

05:35 low views may mean that YT doesn’t like your style. take this as a feedback and improve your work — before you consider quitting

06:00 don’t get possessive about your content — you need to change — your viewers won’t

06:25 work on your title — before making the video — to give focus to your efforts

07:30 searchable videos (ex. how to ?) may take time to pickup momentum but are evergreen

08:30 focus on niche

09:50 standout — don’t blend in . plus experiment.
